Air Rescue Systems and Vita Inclinata Bring Full Lineup of Field-Tested Rescue Technology at 2025 AAAA Mission Solutions Summit
roomfield, CO/Nashville, TN — May 14, 2025 — Air Rescue Systems (ARS), a Vita Inclinata company providing advanced technology, comprehensive helicopter rescue training, and field-proven equipment, will exhibit its full lineup of operational rescue and hoist stabilization systems at the 2025 AAAA Mission Solutions Summit, taking place May 13–16 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Attendees can visit Booth #2815 to explore mission-ready systems currently used by the U.S. Air Force, Army National Guard, and civilian rescue teams operating in some of the world’s harshest environments.
Featured technologies include:

• Air Rescue Vest Quick Connect (ARV-QC™) – A modern, full-body rescue harness designed for hoist and short-haul (HEC) missions. The ARV-QC™ replaces traditional carabiners with a patented Key-Lock quick connect system that improves safety and speeds up extractions. Made from lightweight multi-composite materials for added strength, it supports personnel from 35 to 400 lbs. (16–182 kg) and is approved for use on H-60 and LUH-72 aircraft.
• 2-UP™ Hoist Assist Device – A lightweight, dual-attachment hoist interface that streamlines extractions by eliminating the need for MAP rings, carabiners, and daisy chains. Integrated webbing legs separate rescuer and patient during tandem hoists, enabling quicker connections and easier in-air repositioning. It is fielded on H-60 and LUH-72 platforms and approved as a secondary tether point in Army Aviation Rescue Hoist SOPs.
• Vita™ Rescue System (VRS-LA) – A remote-controlled litter stabilization system that eliminates spin and sway during hoist operations. Using high-powered fans and intuitive controls, the VRS allows operators to guide loads from up to 1,000 feet away—enabling rescues up to four times faster than traditional methods. The system is deployed by the U.S. Air Force and Army National Guard for missions in challenging environments worldwide.
In addition to hands-on demos, ARS instructors will be available to discuss mission readiness training programs built on the ARS 2.0 model, which mirrors real-world missions and integrates advanced gear, and build operational fluency under pressure.
“ARS training goes beyond familiarization. We’re nurturing instinct under pressure,” said Mike Martin, Vice President of Training at Air Rescue Systems. “Our training immerses teams in mission-realistic scenarios using the same advanced gear they’ll deploy in the field. We’re building muscle memory, speed, and sound decision-making when it matters most.”
Vita leaders are on hand to detail how early AFWERX and SBIR investments enabled the successful transition of the VRS into real-world use across the Air Force, Army National Guard, and civilian agencies.
“These systems are engineered, tested, and already saving lives in the field,” said Derek Sikora, Chief Technology Officer at Vita Inclinata. “Our journey from startup to a dual-use company with systems deployed across military and civilian missions proves what’s possible when innovation is guided by real-world need. We’re proud to deliver technology that performs under pressure—when lives are on the line.”
